A HeyReach alternative for founders and small teams
HeyReach is built for agencies running lots of LinkedIn senders. If you run one to five accounts and care more about the quality of each message than the volume, here is what HeyReach costs in pounds and what else to look at.
Why people look for a HeyReach alternative
HeyReach is a capable tool with a clear focus: lots of LinkedIn senders, managed from one place. If that is you, it may be the right choice. If you are a founder, consultant or small team, the reasons people give for looking elsewhere usually come down to four things. You can compare the numbers below with LinkPounce pricing in pounds.
1. Per-sender pricing adds up at small scale
HeyReach charges per LinkedIn account (it calls them senders), not per user. That is generous for agencies, because teammates, assistants and clients cost nothing extra. For a small team it means every extra account is another $79 a month on the monthly Growth plan, billed in dollars.
2. It is built for volume
The Agency and Unlimited plans are bundles of 25 or more senders, with white-label branding and done-for-you onboarding. Those are useful if you run outreach for many clients. They are more than most small businesses need, and the jump from Growth to Agency is large.
3. Proxies on the bigger plans
HeyReach's FAQ says Growth includes a dedicated residential proxy for each sender, while the Agency and Unlimited plans ask you to bring your own proxies, or book a call to sort out an alternative (HeyReach pricing, checked 26 October 2026). That is one more thing to buy and manage.
4. LinkedIn acted against HeyReach's own presence in 2026
HeyReach says that on 25 March 2026 LinkedIn removed its company page and restricted the personal profiles of its CEO, CTO, CRO and CMO, with "no notice, no communication". It also says customer accounts, campaigns and the platform carried on working normally (HeyReach, 7 August 2026). LinkedIn has not published a reason that we could find. We mention it because it shows that LinkedIn enforces its rules against automation, and that applies to every tool in this market, including ours.
HeyReach pricing in 2026, and in pounds
These are the list prices on HeyReach's own pricing page, checked 26 October 2026. The page shows "$" without a currency code, which we have read as US dollars. Pound figures use a rate derived from European Central Bank reference rates for 23 October 2026 (1 US dollar = £0.748) and are rounded. Your card provider's rate and any fees will differ. HeyReach's page does not say whether VAT is added for UK buyers.
| HeyReach plan | Monthly billing | Billed yearly (per month) | LinkedIn senders |
|---|---|---|---|
| Growth | $79 per sender (about £59) | $64 per sender (about £48) | As many as you add |
| Agency | $999 (about £747) | $800 (about £598) | 25 (a 50-sender option is shown) |
| Unlimited | $2,999 (about £2,243) | $2,399 (about £1,795) | Unlimited, with a fair-use cap of 300 |
| Done for you | Not published | Not published | Not stated |
There is also a quarterly option ($72 per sender on Growth) and an early stage programme with unpublished discounts for companies under $250,000 in annual recurring revenue and fewer than five people. HeyReach's FAQ says the entry plan can be tried for 14 days with no card and up to 3 LinkedIn accounts. Every plan includes a one-off allowance of email enrichment credits (100 per sender on Growth).
What that means for one to five accounts
- One account: $79 a month on monthly billing, about £59.
- Three accounts: $237 a month, about £177.
- Five accounts: $395 a month, about £295.
So HeyReach is not expensive for one account. The question is less about price and more about what you get for it, which is where the two tools differ most.
HeyReach and LinkPounce side by side
The two tools are built for different jobs. HeyReach is a sending platform for many accounts. LinkPounce is an outreach app that decides whether to message someone at all, then writes the message in your voice. LinkPounce figures come from our pricing page; HeyReach figures from its pricing page, checked 26 October 2026.
| HeyReach | LinkPounce | |
|---|---|---|
| Price for 1 account | $79 a month (Growth) | £49 (Solo) or £99 (Pro) a month, plus VAT |
| Price for 5 accounts | $395 a month (Growth) or $999 for the 25-sender Agency bundle | £299 a month plus VAT (Agency), then £45 per extra account |
| Currency | US dollars | Pounds, with VAT shown |
| Free trial | 14 days, no card (entry plan) | 14 days, no card, a reminder 3 days before any charge |
| Who decides who to message | You build the lists and sequences | A reason check reads each profile and recent posts, scores the reason 1 to 10, and skips people without one |
| How messages are written | Your own templates and sequences | Drafted in your voice, learned from your own LinkedIn posts |
| Approval before sending | Not listed on its pricing page | Review queue by default; Assisted and Full modes when you are ready |
| Replies | Unified inbox across senders | Inbox where any reply stops all follow-ups to that person, and a "no" is never contacted again |
| Sending limits | Daily limits per sender, managed in the app | Never more than 25 invites a day or 100 a week per account, with warm-up |
| Integrations, API, white-label | Yes: API, webhooks, MCP server, Instantly and Smartlead, white-label on Agency | Not part of the pilot plans; white-label is planned |
LinkPounce for one to five LinkedIn accounts
LinkPounce is a UK LinkedIn outreach app for founders, consultants, small B2B teams and agencies. It is in a pilot, so we describe what each plan includes rather than results, because we do not have customer results to share yet.
Fewer messages, each with a reason
For every person, LinkPounce reads their LinkedIn profile and recent posts and scores the reason to get in touch from 1 to 10. Without a good reason, nobody is contacted. That keeps your weekly invites for the people most likely to want to hear from you, which matters when LinkedIn limits how many invitations you can send (see our connection request limit guide).
Your voice, and your approval
LinkPounce learns how you write from your own posts and comments. You can add words to avoid, and it never uses em dashes or fake flattery. Drafts are checked for quality and wait in the Review queue for you to approve, edit or ask for another version.
Built to keep the risk low
Each account has a sending pace, from Very careful (8 invites a day, 40 a week, with a 6 week warm-up) to Faster (25 a day, 100 a week). Whatever you choose, LinkPounce never goes above 25 invites a day or 100 a week, leaves random gaps, works weekdays in office hours, never invites anyone twice, skips existing connections and pauses itself if LinkedIn shows a warning. It works with a free LinkedIn account; Sales Navigator is not needed.
The plans
- Solo, £49 a month: one LinkedIn account, reason check, voice and style, Review queue, Inbox with reply drafts and Audit My LinkedIn.
- Pro, £99 a month: adds Assisted mode, full autopilot, a booked-meeting goal with your Cal.com or Calendly link, warm leads from people who comment on or react to posts, and auto-testing towards positive replies.
- Agency, £299 a month: adds 5 LinkedIn accounts (then £45 each) and a project per client with its own voice, brand kit and reports.
All prices are plus VAT. These are founding prices for the pilot, and founding members keep theirs for life. Full details are on the pricing page.
Who should stay on HeyReach
Switching tools is work, and LinkPounce is not the right answer for everyone. HeyReach is likely the better fit if:
- You run outreach for many clients and need 10, 25 or more LinkedIn senders under one roof.
- You need white-label branding today, not later.
- Your process depends on its API, webhooks or MCP server, or on sending leads to Clay, a CRM or an email sequencer such as Instantly or Smartlead.
- You already have templates and lists that work and you want a sending engine, not something that decides who to contact.
If most of those are true, stay where you are. If you mostly want a handful of good conversations a week from one or a few accounts, read on.
Other HeyReach alternatives worth a look
These are two other popular tools, with list prices from each vendor's own page, checked 26 October 2026. We have not tested them in depth, so check each one against what you need.
| Tool | Published price | Free trial | Worth knowing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Waalaxy | €19, €49 or €69 per user a month, plus €20 a month for the Inbox add-on | 14 days | Lowest entry price; the Pro plan allows 300 invitations a month |
| Expandi | $99 a month (Business), $79 with annual billing; agency pricing on request for 10+ seats | 7 days | Says additional taxes may vary by country |
If you used HeyReach mainly alongside a signal tool such as Trigify, which has now closed, our Trigify alternative page covers the options for warm leads from post engagers.
Before you switch any LinkedIn tool
Whichever tool you choose, be clear about the rules. LinkedIn's User Agreement does not allow third-party software that automates activity on its site, and LinkedIn says members using such tools risk having their accounts restricted or shut down (LinkedIn Help). No tool, ours included, can make automation risk-free. The best any tool can do is keep the risk low.
- Export what you need first: your lead lists, your do-not-contact list and any conversations you want to keep.
- Never run two tools on the same LinkedIn account at once. Two sets of invites on one account is an easy way to go over the limits LinkedIn enforces.
- Warm up again. Start the new tool at a careful pace for the first few weeks rather than picking up at your old volume.
- Withdraw old pending invitations you no longer expect to be accepted, so they do not count against you.
- Keep checking your account for any LinkedIn warning, and pause straight away if you see one.
Questions people ask
How much does HeyReach cost in pounds?
On 26 October 2026 HeyReach listed Growth at $79 per sender a month (about £59), Agency at $999 a month for 25 senders (about £747) and Unlimited at $2,999 a month (about £2,243), with lower prices for yearly billing. Pound figures use the ECB rate of 23 October 2026 and are rounded.
Is there a cheaper HeyReach alternative for one LinkedIn account?
For one account, HeyReach Growth is $79 a month. LinkPounce Solo is £49 a month plus VAT and Waalaxy starts at €19 a month per user. Compare what each does as well as the price: LinkPounce checks for a real reason before messaging anyone and asks you to approve drafts.
Does LinkPounce do everything HeyReach does?
No. HeyReach offers an API, webhooks, an MCP server, email tool integrations, white-label branding and bundles of 25 or more senders. LinkPounce focuses on choosing who to message and writing in your voice for founders and small teams, with up to 5 accounts on the Agency plan and £45 for each extra one. White-label is planned.
Did LinkedIn ban HeyReach?
HeyReach says LinkedIn removed its company page and restricted four executives' profiles on 25 March 2026, and that customer accounts and the platform kept working. LinkedIn has not published a reason that we could find.
Is LinkPounce safer than HeyReach?
We do not claim any tool is safe. LinkedIn's User Agreement does not allow third-party automation. LinkPounce is built to keep the risk low with warm-up, a hard cap of 25 invites a day and 100 a week, office hours, approval before sending and an automatic pause on any LinkedIn warning.
Can I try LinkPounce before I cancel HeyReach?
Yes. Join the pilot for 14 days free with no card. Use a LinkedIn account that is not running HeyReach at the same time, because two tools on one account can push you over LinkedIn's limits.
