Trigify has closed. Here is how to keep your warm LinkedIn leads coming
Trigify wound down its standalone platform on 22 October 2026. This page explains what changed, what you lose, and the honest options for replacing it, including LinkPounce.
What happened to Trigify
On its own website, Trigify announced that its team is joining HubSpot and that it is winding down the standalone Trigify platform (trigify.io, checked 23 October 2026). HeyReach dates that announcement to 23 September 2026 and says HubSpot took on the team and its expertise, not the product (HeyReach, 30 September 2026).
The key facts from Trigify's notice:
- Access ended at 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026 for most customers.
- Integrations and API access stopped at the same time.
- Monitoring and signal collection stopped too.
- Accounts are not being migrated to HubSpot, and Trigify says HubSpot will not use customer data as part of the move.
- Customers on different contractual notice periods are being told their own dates directly.
If you are one of the customers with a longer notice period, you may still have access. Check your email from Trigify before you assume your data is gone.
What Trigify users lose
According to HeyReach's round-up, Trigify was used for four jobs (source):
- Post engagement tracking: finding the people who engaged with specific LinkedIn posts.
- Competitor and profile monitoring: tracking who engaged with competitors' pages and profiles, plus keyword and listening searches.
- Signal collection: feeding leads that matched your ideal customer into outreach and enrichment workflows.
- Integrations: sending those signals on to HeyReach, webhooks, Zapier, n8n, Make, Clay, CRMs and sequencers.
The tool itself is the smaller loss. The bigger one is the reason it gave you. Someone who has just commented on a post about your subject has told you what they care about this week. That is a far better opening than a cold list, and it is the part worth rebuilding first.
Work out which part you actually used
Before you pick a replacement, be honest about how you used Trigify:
- If you used it mainly as a data pipe into Clay, a CRM or another sequencer, you need a signal or data tool.
- If you used it mainly to find warm people and then message them on LinkedIn, you need an outreach tool that can source engagers itself, so you are not stitching two products together.
LinkPounce Pro: warm leads from post engagers, with a reason for every message
LinkPounce is a UK LinkedIn outreach app. It is not a data platform, so it is not a like-for-like copy of Trigify. It covers the second job above: finding warm people and starting a real conversation with them.
The Pro plan (£99 a month plus VAT) includes:
- Warm leads from people who comment on or react to posts about your subject, so each lead arrives with a natural reason to say hello.
- A reason check on every person. LinkPounce reads their profile and recent posts and scores the reason to get in touch from 1 to 10. No good reason means no message. People without one are parked and rechecked weekly.
- Messages in your voice, learned from your own LinkedIn posts.
- A Review queue where you approve every send, plus Assisted and Full autopilot modes when you are ready.
- An Inbox with suggested replies. Any reply stops all follow-ups to that person across every campaign. A "no" gets one polite close and that person is never contacted again.
- Auto-testing towards positive replies and a booked-meeting goal with your Cal.com or Calendly link.
LinkPounce is in a pilot, and several Pro features are being built out during it. We describe what the plan includes, not results, because we do not have customer results to share yet.
Why the reason check matters after Trigify
A list of engagers is not a list of good prospects. Some people react to everything. The reason check reads what each person actually said and posted, and skips anyone where there is nothing real to mention. That keeps your volume low and your messages specific, which is what you want when every invite counts.
Account limits
Every LinkedIn account has a sending pace you set, from Very careful (8 invites a day, 40 a week) to Faster (25 a day, 100 a week). Whatever the setting, LinkPounce never sends more than 25 invites a day or 100 a week, leaves random gaps, works in office hours, never invites anyone twice and pauses itself if LinkedIn shows a warning. Our LinkedIn connection request limit guide explains why those numbers.
Other honest options
LinkPounce will not suit everyone who used Trigify. These are the other routes, with what each vendor publishes. Prices are monthly list prices from each vendor's page, checked 23 October 2026. Dollar prices are shown as "$" on those pages, which we have read as US dollars.
| Option | What it offers for engager or intent leads | Published price |
|---|---|---|
| La Growth Machine | LinkedIn intent data (likers, commenters, event attendees) on its Pro plan | €120 per identity on Pro (source) |
| lemlist | Buying-intent signals as an add-on; LinkedIn automation only on the Multichannel plan | $109 Multichannel plus $29 signals add-on (source) |
| Gojiberry | 30+ signals, including competitor engagement and post interactions | $99 Pro (source) |
| Valley | Signals including post engagers and competitor engagers; which tier includes them is not stated | From $199 per seat (source) |
| LinkPounce Pro | Warm leads from people who comment on or react to posts, with a reason check | £99 plus VAT (pricing) |
Signal and data tools
If you mainly need signals flowing into a CRM or Clay, HeyReach's round-up lists Jungler, Apify, Traxy, Saava, Cornersight, Clearcue, RB2B, Clay and HubSpot intent, and also mentions Common Room, Warmly and Apollo (source). We have not tested these, so check each one against the jobs you used Trigify for.
Doing it by hand
If you only tracked a handful of posts, you can open the reactions and comments on your own posts in LinkedIn and work through them yourself. It is slow, but it costs nothing and needs no extra tool.
How to move over from Trigify
- Save what you can. Trigify asked customers to save anything they want to keep before access ends. If you are on a longer notice period, export now. If your access has already ended, HeyReach notes you can contact Trigify for help getting your data out (source).
- Write down what you monitored. List the posts, keywords, competitors and profiles you tracked. That list matters more than the old exports, because it tells any new tool where to look.
- Check your lawful basis. Exported engager lists are personal data. Under UK GDPR, most B2B outreach relies on legitimate interests, and the ICO explains how to run a legitimate interests assessment (ICO guidance). This is not legal advice.
- Join the LinkPounce pilot. There is no self-serve sign-up yet. Fill in the pilot form and we set you up personally, starting with a free onboarding call.
- Start in Review mode. Every pilot campaign starts with you approving each message. A new LinkedIn account on the default Careful pace warms up at 5, then 10, then 15 invites a day.
A straight word on LinkedIn's rules
LinkedIn's User Agreement does not allow third-party software that automates activity on the site, and LinkedIn says members who use such tools risk having their accounts restricted or shut down (LinkedIn Help: Prohibited software and extensions). That applies to every LinkedIn automation tool, including LinkPounce.
No tool can promise your account will not be restricted. LinkPounce is built to keep the risk low: slow warm-up, hard caps, office hours, a pause on any LinkedIn warning, a reason for every message and your approval before sending.
